Job summary

We Think App is seeking an SAP HCM Functional Consultant for a contract role in Hyderabad. The candidate will bring 10+ years of experience focusing on US payroll (gross to net) within SAP ECC, along with expert knowledge of US benefits and their integration with payroll and external vendors.

The role covers personnel administration (infotypes, ESS, Fiori apps, ad hoc reporting) and org management (positions, jobs, reporting, and integrations) to support end-to-end SAP HCM operations.

Qualifications

• US payroll heavy experience (gross to net) on SAP ECC and integration with time.
• Strong understanding of US benefits and its integration with payroll and third party vendors on SAP ECC.
• Solid knowledge of personnel administration including infotypes, Fiori apps, ad hoc reporting, and ESS.
• Deep understanding of SAP OM module including positions, jobs, reporting, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead US payroll processes on SAP ECC, including gross-to-net calculations and time-related integrations.
• Oversee US benefits configuration and integration with payroll and external vendors.
• Manage Personnel Administration tasks: infotypes, Fiori apps, reporting, custom infotypes, ESS.
• Handle Org Management: positions, jobs, reporting, and cross-system integrations.
