Job summary

TCS in Kolkata is seeking an SAP HCM specialist with 4–12 years of experience, including at least one SAP implementation and one S/4HANA migration project. The role requires strong SAP HCM configuration skills and the ability to guide developers.

Candidate should be proficient in AS-IS documentation, blueprinting, test cases, user manuals, and have knowledge of Fiori elements and SAP Payroll. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Experience : 4 to 12 years

Location : Kolkata

**Preferably Immediate joiners

• 1) Should have experience of more than 3 years in SAP-HR with minimum one SAP implementation and one S/4HANA migration projects.
• 2) Should have knowledge in preparing:
  • a) AS-IS documentation
  • b) Blueprint documents
  • c) Test cases and results
  • d) User manuals
• 3) Should have configuration knowledge in SAP HCM modules.
• 4) Ability to guide developers for customization.
• 5) Implementation knowledge in SAP HCM on HANA(H4S4) and in SAP payroll.
• 6) Knowledge of Fiori elements and touchpoints with HCM module.
• 6) Basic debugging knowledge in standard/custom SAP ABAP programs.
• 7) Strong communication skills to lead customer discussions.
