Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Lead / Manager – SAP S/4HANA & IT Infrastructure to lead SAP S/4HANA implementations and manage IT infrastructure in a manufacturing context.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience across PP, MM, QM, SD, FI & CO and strong cross-module integration skills. You will coordinate with SAP Basis and ABAP teams, oversee server and cloud management, backups, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and drive digital transformation and automation

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SAP S/4HANA with manufacturing-domain exposure.
• Strong cross-module integration experience.
• SAP Certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA projects across PP, MM, QM, SD, FI & CO.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, server and cloud management.
• Coordinate with SAP Basis and ABAP teams.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead / Manager – SAP S/4HANA & IT Infrastructure with strong experience in the Manufacturing / Production industry.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in SAP PP, MM, QM, SD, FI & CO
• Strong knowledge of cross-module integration
• SAP authorization, T-code access and SoD
• SAP troubleshooting, enhancements, migrations and upgrades
• Coordination with SAP Basis and ABAP teams
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, BOM, inventory and quality workflows
• IT Infrastructure, Server and Cloud Management
• Backup, Disaster Recovery and Cybersecurity
• Endpoint management, Antivirus and Firewall administration
• Digital transformation and automation initiatives
• Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial domain experience preferred

Qualification

B.E / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent technical qualification. SAP Certification is an added advantage.
