Honeybee Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to lead implementation, rollout, and support projects. The candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with trade and customs processes.

Strong stakeholder communication and leadership are essential across agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall SAP experience with significant exposure to SAP Project Management.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP GTS projects in implementation, rollout, or support environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP GTS processes: Compliance, Customs, Risk, Trade Preference, Export/Import.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP GTS projects, including implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancements.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and vendors to ensure delivery.

Job Summary

Info: We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to lead and manage SAP GTS implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a solid understanding of international trade compliance, customs management, and SAP GTS processes. Key Skills: Must Have 8+ years of overall SAP experience with significant exposure to SAP Project Management. Must Have Hands-on experience managing SAP GTS projects in implementation, rollout, or support environments. Must Have Strong understanding of SAP GTS processes, including: Must Have Compliance Management Must Have Customs Management Must Have Risk Management Must Have Trade Preference Management Must Have Export and Import Processes Must Have Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams and multiple stakeholders. Must Have Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource management. Must Have Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery models. Must Have Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Must Have Lead end-to-end SAP GTS projects, including implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement initiatives. Must Have Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning. Must Have Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Must Have Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communication. Must Have Facilitate requirement gathering, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities. Must Have Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational standards. Must Have Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively. Must Have Monitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards and agreed SLAs. Must Have Support change management and user adoption initiatives. Must Have Collaborate with SAP GTS functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements. Preferred Qualifications Good to Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. Good to Have SAP GTS functional knowledge or project experience. Good to Have PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred. Good to Have Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration projects is an added advantage.
