Job summary

Bringle Excellence is seeking a training specialist to develop comprehensive training manuals for end users and administrators, and to create online training content using SAP Solutions Manager. You will facilitate training on the product and associated process changes, including sessions for groups of 5–20 participants, and design assessments to gauge knowledge transfer.

The role includes managing resistance to change and ensuring training effectiveness across user groups and administrators

Qualifications

• Develop all training manuals both for end users and for administrators.
• Develop on-line training material (using SAP Solutions Manager).
• Facilitate training on both the product and on the changes in process (the new process).
• Facilitate training for groups of between 5 – 20 people.
• Assess training conducted on candidates to determine knowledge acquired.
• Manages resistance to change.
