Job summary

PwC India in Bengaluru is seeking a SAP GRC Security Senior Manager to lead client-focused work in SAP compliance and security across ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and cloud apps. You will guide large projects, shape access controls and governance solutions, and mentor teams within the Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive delivery excellence, and expand offerings with reusable accelerators while ensuring regulatory alignment and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12–16 years delivering SAP compliance and governance.
• Experience leading SAP security implementations, auditing, and advisory engagements.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP GRC and security workstreams across transformation initiatives.
• Advise on SAP security architecture for ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, HANA, and cloud apps.
• Direct end-to-end implementations from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Guide risk assessments, SOD analyses, and remediation planning.
• Develop role collections and cloud identity configurations across SAP platforms.
• Facilitate governance workshops translating control needs into solutions.
• Coach team members and manage priorities to meet delivery goals.
• Present options to senior stakeholders and adapt to regulatory needs.
• Expand SAP security offerings with accelerators and proposal support.

As a SAP GRC Security Senior Manager you will lead client-focused work in SAP compliance and security, helping teams shape access controls, role design, and governance solutions across SAP environments. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, apply sound judgment in complex situations, and guide teams through ambiguity while building trusted relationships with stakeholders and using your knowledge to influence outcomes within our Advisory practice. In this role at PwC, you will help clients address security and compliance needs across SAP S/4HANA, GRC, and cloud applications, while contributing to delivery, issue resolution, and practical solutions that support secure business operations.

The role sits within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice and brings together SAP security, GRC, and transformation controls work for organizations navigating access governance and regulatory requirements. You will also support coaching and development across the team, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, and contribute to a working environment centered on accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence at PwC.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP GRC and security workstreams across transformation initiatives, aligning access controls, role design, and compliance requirements with client objectives
• Advising clients on SAP security architecture for ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, HANA, BTP, and cloud applications, including identity, access, and provisioning controls
• Guiding end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, transport coordination, cutover, and post-go-live support
• Directing risk and control assessments, segregation of duties analysis, and remediation planning to address access conflicts and compliance gaps
• Developing role collections, user lifecycle processes, and cloud identity configurations across SAP platforms and integrated environments
• Facilitating governance, risk, and compliance workshops with business and functional teams to translate control needs into workable solutions
• Building delivery approaches that incorporate automation, analytics, and emerging AI tools for role analysis, documentation, and test support
• Coaching team members, managing priorities, and addressing issues that affect project delivery, quality, or client timelines
• Presenting solution options to senior stakeholders and adapting recommendations based on client feedback and regulatory considerations
• Expanding SAP security, GRC, and cloud security offerings by developing reusable accelerators and supporting proposal responses

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 12-16 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
• Demonstrating SAP Security and GRC delivery across complex landscapes;
• Leading end-to-end SAP security design, build, and deployment;
• Applying SAP cloud security across BTP, SAC, IBP, and Datasphere;
• Managing role design, access controls, and identity governance;
• Translating business requirements into detailed security specifications;
