Job summary

PwC India is seeking a Manager-level SAP GRC security professional to lead security workstreams for diverse client engagements from the Acceleration Center in Bengaluru. You will coordinate delivery timelines, assess controls, and drive remediation actions across SAP environments.

The role requires 9–12 years of experience in SAP compliance, security and governance, along with strong English communication skills. Contribution spans advisory, audits, and implementation across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9–12 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP GRC security workstreams across client engagements and coordinating delivery timelines, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Managing teams through planning, execution, and review of security and compliance activities within SAP environments.
• Developing and implementing SAP GRC controls, role design, access governance, and remediation actions aligned to regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing security configurations, user access, and segregation of duties controls to identify exposure and support risk reduction.
• Translating client requirements into security solutions that support compliance, governance, and operational needs.
• Coaching team members on SAP security methods, deliverable development, and issue tracking across project phases.
• Using analytical thinking and data-driven review to assess control gaps, root causes, and required corrective actions.
• Communicating status, risks, and recommendations to client stakeholders and internal leadership in a clear and concise manner.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9-12 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
