Job summary

Bct Consulting in Mumbai seeks an experienced SAP GRC Lead with 15-20 years to drive governance, risk, and compliance across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud apps.

You will oversee SAP GRC Access Control, SoD, Emergency Access Management, and audit readiness, while leading security initiatives and collaborating with global stakeholders. Train and mentor a team of 15–20 consultants.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of SAP experience.
• Strong experience in SAP GRC and SAP Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP GRC strategy, governance and transformation initiatives.
• Design, implement and govern SAP GRC Access Control solutions.
• Manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, remediation and compliance.
• Manage Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighter).
• Drive SAP Security and authorization activities across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and security initiatives.
• Ensure audit readiness and timely closure of audit findings.
• Manage periodic access reviews and access governance.
• Drive role standardization and authorization quality.
• Collaborate with business, audit, cybersecurity and global stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 SAP GRC and Security consultants.
• Manage team capacity planning, work allocation and utilization.
