Job summary

Bahwan CyberTek is seeking a senior SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) expert with 15+ years of experience across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on SAP Access Control (SoD, ARA, ARM, EAM) and user provisioning, with preference for Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences exposure (GxP, FDA, SOX).

The candidate will support governance, compliance validation, and audit readiness throughout the SAP program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) experience across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP Access Control (SoD, ARA, ARM, EAM) and user provisioning.
• End-to-end SAP Greenfield implementation experience with security and controls design, risk assessment, testing and deployment.
• Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry exposure with understanding of GxP, FDA, SOX and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support security governance, compliance validation, and audit readiness across the SAP program lifecycle.
• Implement and manage role-based access controls, testing, cutover activities and hyper care support.
• Collaborate across SAP modules and business stakeholders to ensure compliant SAP security posture.

Job description

Location - Ahmedabad & Work hours - in office 5 days a week and two saturdays a month

15+ years of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) experience across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Strong expertise in SAP Access Control, including Segregation of Duties (SoD), Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and user provisioning.
• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP Greenfield implementation, including security and controls design, role design, risk assessment, testing, and deployment.
• Preferably experienced in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry, with understanding of GxP, FDA, SOX, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Capable of supporting security governance, compliance validation, audit readiness, role-based access controls, testing, cutover activities, and hyper care support throughout the SAP program lifecycle.
