Job summary

You will implement, support, and optimize SAP GRC solutions while ensuring governance and security standards are met. Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Security, SoD analysis, CCM, and audit support is required, with involvement in RACM conversion and master data management.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with 8 10 years of expertise in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, and SAP GRC Process Control. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Security, SoD analysis, GRC implementations, Process Control configuration, Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM), and audit support. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP GRC solutions while ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control and SAP GRC Process Control solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAP GRC and SAP Security-related issues across SAP landscapes.
• Perform SAP Security administration, including user and role management across SAP systems.
• Execute security cleanup activities and optimize authorization concepts.
• Analyze and mitigate Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks by implementing appropriate controls.
• Configure and maintain SAP GRC Process Control master data based on business requirements.
• Design and manage Organization Structures, Business Process Hierarchies, Regulations, and Compliance Requirements.
• Convert Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) into technical SAP GRC Process Control matrices.
• Implement and support Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) in SAP GRC Process Control.
• Support business users during remediation activities and resolve technical GRC issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors by demonstrating implemented controls and responding to audit queries.
• Manage audit programs and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Handle incident, problem, and service request management using ticketing tools.
• Lead project deliverables and coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout implementation and support phases.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Process Control (PC).
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Security and authorization concepts.
• Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and mitigation.
• Expertise in SAP User & Role Administration.
• Experience in SAP GRC configuration, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM).
• Knowledge of Organization Structure, Business Process Hierarchy, and Regulations setup.
• Experience in RACM to Technical GRC Control Matrix conversion.
• Good understanding of business processes and internal controls.
• Experience working with audit teams and compliance requirements.
• Exposure to ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).

Mandatory Experience

• 8 10 years of SAP Security and SAP GRC experience.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP GRC Implementation project.
• Minimum 1 SAP GRC Support project.
• Experience in SAP Security implementation and security cleanup projects.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
