Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is seeking an SAP GTS Functional Consultant with expertise in Global Trade Services, international trade compliance, customs management and trade preference processing. You will implement, support and optimize SAP GTS solutions within SAP ECC/S4HANA landscapes.

The role involves requirements gathering, configuring SPL screening, embargo checks, legal control, and seamless integration with SAP modules, along with end-user training and global rollout participation.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS with at least 5 years IT experience post-qualification.
• B.Sc/BCA graduates with at least 4.5 years IT experience post-qualification.
• Only full-time courses will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to global trade and customs processes.
• Configure and support SAP GTS modules including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
• Implement and support: Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening, Embargo Checks, Legal Control, Import & Export Customs Processes, Preference Management.
• Define and maintain compliance rules, customs procedures, and trade regulations.
• Support international trade operations and customs declarations.
• Work closely with business users to optimize trade compliance processes.
• Configure organizational structures, product classifications, and trade master data.
• Integrate SAP GTS with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, MM, and Logistics processes.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP development teams.
• Conduct end-user training and create process documentation.
• Participate in global rollout, upgrade, and migration projects.
