Job summary

Tekskills is actively hiring for an SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP PLM and Recipe Management. The role requires 7+ years of experience and hands-on work with migration of recipe and specification objects, as well as knowledge of compliance, labeling, and output management.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct fit-gap analyses, define functional specifications, and support migration interfaces and testing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in SAP PLM / Recipe Management.
• Strong expertise in SAP PLM with Recipe Management (SAP R/3-RM).
• Knowledge of Specification Management, Output Management, Labeling & Compliance Processes.
• Migration of Recipe & Specification Objects experience.
• Data Model Harmonization, Access Control & Change Management familiarity.
• Familiarity with SAP DMS and integration with external systems (Regulatory / ERP).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fit-gap analysis between legacy and target solutions.
• Define functional specifications, process flows, and configuration requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for migration and interface design.
• Support testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and hyper-care phases.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users.
