Job summary

Tekgence Inc is seeking a senior SAP PLM professional with hands-on experience in recipe development, specification management and BRF+. The role requires deep knowledge of S4 HANA PLM, configuration of SAP PLM modules, and integration with PP-PI, BOMs and ECM to support manufacturing handover.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. With over five years in SAP PLM, you will contribute to specification databases, multi-level formulation management and compliance checks, while

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of Hands-on experience in SAP PLM.
• Strong experience in Specification Management and Recipe Development.
• Strong experience in BRF+ and Change Records.
• Strong experience in WWI Reports.
• Strong experience in Change Management and Engineering Records.
• Good understanding of SAP PLM architecture and Integration process.
• Good understanding of Phrases, Idcos and EH&S servers.

• Recipe Development/ Recipe Management Skills with industry & business experience.
• Having hands-on experience on S4 HANA PLM.
• Recipe Development Process and configurations.
• Having hands-on experience on BRF+ and Change records.
• Configure and Customize SAP PLM modules to support Business operations.
• Having good work experience in the areas of Integrated Specification Development, Specification Database set-up, Recipe Maintenance, Process elements, multi-level formulation management (Multi-Formula Editor, Formula Optimization, Formula Calculation), Compliance Checks.
• Exposure on Recipe Simulation Process (Handover to Manufacturing) with strong integration experience on PP-PI, BOMs and ECM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly.
