Job summary

Thoucentric is seeking an experienced SAP PLM Business Analyst to drive recipe and specification management on SAP S/4HANA. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Compliance and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, supporting design and testing, and ensuring successful go-lives with strong stakeholder communication. Prior FMCG/Healthcare domain exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP S/4HANA PLM knowledge.
• Hands-on Recipe/Specification Management experience.
• Domain experience in FMCG, Personal Hygiene, or Healthcare.
• Good knowledge of ERP/MDG/EPF stack.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Regulatory/compliance exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document SAP PLM requirements (Recipe & Specification).
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity.
• Support design, configuration, and testing of SAP PLM on S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Compliance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide functional support during implementations and enhancements.
• Coordinate with development teams using Azure DevOps for backlog and stories.
• Support integrations across SAP ERP ecosystem (MDG, EPF, etc.).
• Conduct UAT, prepare functional docs, and assist go-live.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Business Analyst with strong functional and technical understanding of SAP S/4HANA PLM, particularly in Recipe Management and Specification Management. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in FMCG, Personal Hygiene, or Healthcare industries and a solid grasp of the SAP technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to SAP PLM (Recipe Management, Specification Management).
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Support design, configuration, and testing of SAP PLM solutions on S/4HANA.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams (R&D, Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain).
• Provide functional support during implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Coordinate with development teams using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, user stories, and tracking.
• Support integration points across the SAP ecosystem such as ERP, MDG, EPF, and related modules.
• Conduct UAT, prepare functional documentation, and support golive activities.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA PLM.
• Handson experience in Recipe Management / Specification Management.
• Domain experience in FMCG, Personal Hygiene, or Healthcare industries.
• Good functional knowledge of the SAP technology stack (ERP, MDG, S/4HANA, EPF, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO) fundamentals (user stories, boards, pipelines).
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements (ingredients, labelling, health regulations).
• Exposure to global SAP rollouts or large transformation programs.
• SAP PLM or S/4HANA certification.
