Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP FICA/RMCA Functional Consultant in Bengaluru to design, implement, and support SAP FICA solutions tailored to utility industry needs. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and drive end-to-end SAP integrations including data migration with IS-U, FI, and CO modules.

Ideal candidates bring 4-10 years of hands-on SAP FICA configuration and project delivery experience, strong analytical skills, and effective client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience as SAP FICA/RMCA Functional Consultant with SAP FICA, IS-U, S/4HANA, and Financial Contract Accounting processes.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICA configuration, implementation, support, system integration, and data migration.
• Experience integrating SAP FICA with IS-U, FI, CO, and other SAP modules to support end-to-end processes.

Your Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICA configuration, implementation, support, system integration, and data migration.
• Experienced in integrating SAP FICA with IS-U, FI, CO, and other SAP modules to support end-to-end business processes.
• Proven track record in large-scale implementations, international projects, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
