Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Lead to architect and deliver complex S/4HANA Finance transformations. You will direct design, configuration, and deployment across GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-CCA, and CO-PC while coordinating with PP, EWM, MM, and Group Reporting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically 12+ years of SAP FI/CO implementation experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial exposure.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, FI, CO-CCA, CO-PC, Inventory Valuation.
• Proven experience leading Finance workstreams in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, inventory accounting, cost allocations, and profitability management.
• Experience integrating SAP Finance with PP, EWM, MM, Procurement, and Group Reporting solutions.
• Leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO solution design, configuration, and deployment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive Finance workstream delivery from blueprint through testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance processes incl. GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-CCA, CO-PC.
• Facilitate finance workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and future-state processes.
• Define inventory valuation and cost accounting structures for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Collaborate with PP, EWM, MM, Procurement, and Group Reporting teams for seamless integration.
• Lead master data design, governance, and migration activities.
• Review configurations, specs, test scripts, and deployment deliverables for quality/compliance.
• Manage Finance consultants and provide functional leadership across teams.
• Drive testing strategy incl. Unit, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Support period-end closing, reconciliation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies with escalation management.

Job Description:• Lead SAP FI/CO solution design, configuration, and deployment activities throughout the project lifecycle.• Drive Finance workstream delivery from blueprint and fit-gap analysis through testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), and Product Costing (CO-PC).• Facilitate finance and controlling workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.• Define inventory valuation and cost accounting structures to support manufacturing and supply chain operations.• Collaborate with PP, EWM, MM, Procurement, and Group Reporting teams to ensure seamless financial integration across business processes.• Lead financial master data design, governance, and migration activities.• Review configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and deployment deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with standards.• Manage Finance consultants and provide functional leadership across delivery teams.• Drive testing strategy including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT support, and defect resolution management.• Support period-end closing processes, financial reconciliation activities, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.• Identify project risks and dependencies while providing mitigation strategies and escalation management.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.• Typically 12+ years of SAP FI/CO implementation experience with significant exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Financial Accounting (FI), Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Product Costing (CO-PC), and Inventory Valuation.• Proven experience leading Finance workstreams in large-scale SAP transformation programs.• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance processes, inventory accounting, cost allocations, and profitability management.• Experience integrating SAP Finance with PP, EWM, MM, Procurement, and Group Reporting solutions.• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities.• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Other Qualifications• SAP S/4HANA Finance, Financial Accounting, or Controlling certification preferred.• Experience with manufacturing costing models, standard costing, actual costing, and material ledger is highly desirable.• Knowledge of SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Advanced Financial Closing is a plus.• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery frameworks.• Previous experience leading global template deployments and regional rollout programs preferred.• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain) is a plus.• Proven ability to work effectively across global, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
