Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a seasoned project leader to drive end-to-end SAP SCM deployment programs across regions. You will develop integrated plans, track RAID items, and lead cross-functional teams spanning EWM, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and Data Migration to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA SCM transformations, strong governance, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management experience, including SAP SCM/ERP transformations.
• Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain projects (EWM, PP, PP/DS, Manufacturing, Logistics).
• Experience managing global, regional, or multi-country deployment programs.
• Strong governance, RAID, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience with cross-functional and distributed delivery teams (onshore/offshore/nearshore).

Job Description:Essential Job Functions• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SCM deployment projects across assigned regions, business units, or workstream clusters.• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, and governance frameworks.• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including EWM, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Data Migration, Integration, and Technical Architecture teams.• Manage project scope, budget tracking, resource planning, and delivery timelines to ensure successful execution.• Establish strong relationships with client executives, business stakeholders, and program leadership teams.• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions while proactively driving mitigation and resolution strategies.• Oversee vendor, partner, and delivery team activities across onshore, nearshore, and offshore engagement models.• Coordinate integration points with Program Management Office (PMO), GTS, Group Reporting, Finance, and other transformation streams.• Lead go-live readiness assessments, deployment planning, cutover execution, and hypercare support coordination.• Drive adherence to SAP Activate methodology, project standards, quality controls, and governance requirements.• Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment among all project participants and stakeholders.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.• Typically 12+ years of project management experience, including leadership of SAP SCM, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or ERP transformation programs.• Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain projects involving EWM, PP, PP/DS, Manufacturing, Logistics Execution, or Integrated Business Planning solutions.• Strong experience managing global, regional, or multi-country deployment programs.• Expertise in project governance, risk management, RAID management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed delivery teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore models.• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and project delivery lifecycle.• Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex transformation environments.Other Qualifications• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.• Experience leading SCM-focused SAP transformation programs within manufacturing, consumer goods, industrial products, life sciences, or distribution industries.• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, EWM, PP/DS, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance integration, and deployment methodologies.• Experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery approaches.• Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project governance tools.• Experience managing large-scale global template rollouts and regional deployment programs.• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Project Management is a plus.• Demonstrated ability to engage executive sponsors and drive successful business transformation initiatives.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
