Job summary

Shaerp Tech seeks a Senior SAP FICO Specialist to drive finance transformation on S/4HANA, designing solutions for new initiatives and optimizing SAP finance functionality. You’ll partner with business and IT teams to translate finance processes into scalable SAP solutions.

You will own end-to-end FICO design and delivery, configure ledgers and CO-PA, and ensure integration with legacy systems. Strong English communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Core FICO experience with SAP Finance setup: Enterprise Structure, Global Organisation, Chart of Accounts, Controlling Area, CO-PA, Company Code.
• Ledgers, Currencies, Segments, Fiscal Year/Posting Period variants mastery.
• Master Data & Hierarchies: Cost Center/Profit Center, Internal Order Types, Account Groups.
• Fixed Assets configuration: Depreciation areas, asset classes.
• Deep expertise across GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
• Treasury & Banking: BCM, Intercompany Accounting.
• CO-PA knowledge for reporting and insights.
• Experience mapping business processes across ECC and S/4HANA.
• FI integration with legacy systems and payment gateway data mapping.
• Fluent English, stakeholder mgmt and presentation skills.
• FICA/BRIM / Convergent Invoicing experience.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior SAP FICO Specialist to join a fast-growing Financial Systems team, driving SAP finance transformation across S/4HANA. You'll design solutions for new initiatives, optimize existing SAP finance functionality, and partner with business and IT teams to translate finance processes into scalable SAP solutions.

• Develop solution design documents, functional specs, and configuration rationale
• Partner with business owners and digital teams to identify improvement opportunities and propose solution designs
• Support integration of SAP FI with legacy systems and external interfaces
• Train key users and provide day-to-day support and incident resolution
• Contribute to improving project delivery and development methodologies

What you bring

Core FICO (must-have)

• Deep hands-on experience with SAP Finance core setup: Enterprise Structure, Global Organisation, Chart of Accounts, Controlling Area, Operating Concern (CO-PA), Company Code
• Expert configuration of Ledgers, Currencies, Segments, Fiscal Year/Posting Period variants
• Strong experience with Master Data & Hierarchies: Cost Center/Profit Center Hierarchies, Internal Order Types, Account Groups
• Fixed Assets configuration: Chart of Depreciation, Depreciation Areas, Asset Classes
• Deep expertise across GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting
• Treasury & Banking: Bank Communication Management (BCM), Intercompany Accounting
• Advanced Controlling / CO-PA knowledge for financial reporting and business insight
• Proficiency mapping business processes across both ECC and S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of integrating SAP FI with legacy and external systems, including FI-GL and payment gateway data mapping
• Fluent English, strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• FICA / BRIM (Convergent Invoicing) experience - ideally a full-cycle implementation (greenfield or brownfield)
• Understanding of high-volume billing data flows into the General Ledger
• SAP RISE (Private Cloud Edition) experience, including leading Explore phase workshops
