Job summary

Sigma Allied Services is seeking a senior SAP Fieldglass professional with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in implementations and external workforce management consulting. The role requires hands-on configuration, design excellence, and track record of multi‑project delivery across SOW or Contingent Workforce environments.

The candidate will lead solution design, roadmap discussions, and end-to-end deployment with SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, and S/4HANA integrations.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in SAP Fieldglass implementations.
• Experience in external workforce management consulting.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP Fieldglass projects.
• Hands-on configuration and integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Understand and address client pain points around external workforce visibility and vendor compliance.
• Advise best possible SAP Fieldglass solution design and configuration.
• Support deployment including configuration of Position Templates, Milestones, Invoicing, Vendor Management, and Worker Lifecycle.

Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 10-15 years of relevant post qualification experience in SAP Fieldglass implementations and/or external workforce management consulting.

Good, in-depth experience working in one or more of the following:

• SAP Fieldglass Solution Design and Configuration: Ability to understand and address client pain points around external workforce visibility, vendor compliance, and contingent spend, and advise best possible solution with SAP Fieldglass at core.

Functional experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management and/or Services Procurement (SOW), with minimum 2 end-to-end project implementations.

• SAP Fieldglass Business Case and Roadmap Definition: Understanding and ability to develop business case focused on external workforce management transformation, contingent spend optimization, and VMS ROI quantification.
• SAP Fieldglass Solution Development, Testing and Deployment: Ability to support SAP solution deployment considering the industry best practices.
• Minimum of 8 years large scale SAP Fieldglass consulting experience, including hands‑on configuration and integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Ariba.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• SAP Fieldglass Solution Design and Configuration: Ability to understand and address client pain points around external workforce visibility, vendor compliance, and contingent spend, and advise best possible solution with SAP Fieldglass at core.

Functional experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management and/or Services Procurement (SOW), with minimum 2 end-to-end project implementations.

• SAP Fieldglass Business Case and Roadmap Definition: Understanding and ability to develop business case focused on external workforce management transformation, contingent spend optimization, and VMS ROI quantification.
• SAP Fieldglass Solution Development, Testing and Deployment: Ability to support SAP solution deployment considering the industry best practices and support end-to-end Fieldglass deployment including configuration of Position Templates, Characteristics, Milestone-Based Payments, Invoicing Process, Vendor Management, and Worker Lifecycle Management, in line with industry best practices.
