Job summary

Infosys in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass consultant to lead client engagements from problem definition through deployment. You will review solutions, guide teams, and ensure risk mitigation while driving change management and value delivery.

The role requires hands-on SAP Fieldglass experience, integration with SAP Ariba and ECC/S/4HANA, and familiarity with Agile/Activate methodologies. Open positions across India; strong consulting skills desired.

Qualifications

• 1 E2E implementation, support or rollout experience.
• SAP Fieldglass implementation, configurations, support and testing.
• Experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, ECC/S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages - from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.
• You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.
• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
• You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Technical Requirement

• Relevant Experience: 1 E2E implementation, Support or Rollout experience
• Mandatory Skills: SAP Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement & Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration knowledge for SAP & Non-SAP applications, Data requirement & Connector functionality
• Experienced in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configurations, support, rollout and testing for Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement (SOW Based Services), Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration
• Involved on creating master data configuration and reporting setup
• Extensive working knowledge of Integration setup SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP ECC or S/4HANA & SuccessFactors
• Integration experience with ASAPIO Cloud Integrator will be an added advantage
• Working experience of Agile/Activate Project Methodology

Additional Responsibility
