Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional to lead consulting engagements across multiple SAP modules in India. The role covers problem definition, solution design, development, and deployment within client engagements.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP FICO experience, strong cross-functional integration, and a track record of end-to-end SAP implementations, including Ar/AP/GL and COPA. This position offers growth within a leading consulting practice across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in SAP FICO with MM and SD integration.
• Deep knowledge of Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Availability to Produce.
• Hands-on configuration in AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, FSCM and COPA.
• Ability to write Functional Specifications and work on custom objects.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Exposure to Concur, T&E and customer-facing roles is advantageous.

Roles & Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.
• You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.
• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
• You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Technical Requirement

• Minimum 9 years of experience in SAP FICO with strong integration skills across MM and SD modules.
• Proven expertise in process flows like Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Availability to Produce.
• Hands-on configuration experience in AR, AP, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, FSCM and COPA.
• Ability to independently write Functional Specifications and work on custom object development and deployment.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Exposure to Concur, T&E, industry-specific solutions, and customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.

• Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
