Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a seasoned SAP FICO/SAP FI Specialist in Bangalore. The role offers a flexible work model with both office and remote options.

You will implement and configure SAP FICO modules, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of hands-on SAP FICO/FI experience, deep knowledge of Finance submodules, and familiarity with interfaces and workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on SAP FICO/FI experience.
• Expert in Finance submodules: AP, AR, GL, AA, Funds Management, Bank Accounting.
• General knowledge of Controlling submodules.
• Experience with interfaces, design documents, and cost estimates.
• Ability to prepare PoCs in Finance.
• Understand IDOCs, User Exits, BADI, Workflow, and dual landscape systems.
• Knowledge of Servicedelivery processes.
• Coordinate with other SAP modules.

What You'll Do:

• Implement and configure SAP FICO modules according to business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience in SAP FICO/SAP FI
• Expert knowledge in all sub modules of Finance(AP, AR, GL, AA, Funds Management & Bank Accounting)
• General Knowledge in all submodules ofcontrolling
• Knowledge on Complex Interface usage and methods
• Should be able to understand businessrequirements, prepare design documents and able to provide cost estimates
• Should be able to prepare Proof of concepts inFinance area
• Understand technical aspects like IDOCs, UserExits, BADI's, Workflow, Dual Landscape systems etc.
• Should have good process knowledge on Servicedelivery processes.
• Should be able to co-ordinate with differentmodules and understand aspects of other modules in SAP
