Job summary

LTM invites an experienced SAP FICO consultant with 6-10 years of experience to join our India delivery teams. You will drive FI/CO projects across R2R, profitability analysis PA, COPA, and SAP S/4HANA initiatives in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities include understanding requirements, crafting high-level designs, and leading implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and system integrations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; ABAP debugging and report painter knowledge are

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP FICO.
• Strong FI/CO functional skills with 2-3 full life cycles.
• At least 1 implementation on SAP S/4HANA.
• Handled implementations, upgrades, rollouts and systems integration.
• R2R Profitability Analysis PA, COPA knowledge and client facing.
• Understanding requirements and high-level design for solutions.
• Strong financial domain knowledge and advisory capability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and create a high-level design of the solution.
• Deliver SAP FI/CO configurations and lead related implementations.
• Participate in upgrades, rollouts and system integrations.
• Provide PA/R2R expertise and profitability analysis guidance.

Job description

6 to 10 years of experience in SAP FICO

Strong functional skills in FI CO with at least 2-3 full life cycles Should have done least 1 implementation on S4 HANA

Should have handled Implementations Upgrades Rollouts and Systems Integration

Applied Knowledge and skills R2R Profitability Analysis PAs functional and client facing team within an on offshore model

Understand Requirement create a highlevel design of the solutions and do the

implementation accordingly

Strong financial domain knowledge and should have capability to give advice to customer business folks in finance areas

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment

Must be a very good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

SAP Certification and exposure to SAP S4 HANA will be an added advantage

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely

Knowledge in ABAP debugging Report painter would be an added advantage

Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical
