Job summary

Swits Digital is seeking an SAP FICO Business Analyst with 7-9 years of experience to collaborate with Finance, SAP, Data Warehouse, and IT teams. You will gather requirements, analyze finance processes, define SAP solutions, and support integrations, testing, and production support.

You will document BRDs and functional specs, participate in ETL discussions, and coordinate cross-modular SAP FI/CO/MM/SD integrations while ensuring data quality and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience as SAP FICO / FI Functional Analyst.
• Knowledge of SAP FI modules and FI-CO integration.
• Experience with Data Warehouse, ETL, source-to-target mapping, SQL and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document requirements into BRDs, Functional Specifications, user stories and process flows.
• Support SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting with CO understanding.
• Analyze and document As-Is/To-Be financial processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with SAP and Data Warehouse teams on ETL requirements, mappings, data transformation, reconciliation and reporting.
• Coordinate integration across SAP FI, CO, MM, SD and third-party apps.
• Analyze and resolve data, interface, reconciliation and integration issues.
• Support Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing and production validation.
• Provide functional production support and root-cause analysis for SAP Finance and Data Warehouse issues.
• Prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, process flows, test cases, user guides and training materials.
• Support deployments, change management, user training and continuous improvements.

Job Summary

We are seeking an SAP FICO Business Analyst to work with Finance, business, SAP, Data Warehouse, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze finance processes, define SAP solutions, support integrations, testing, reporting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into BRDs, Functional Specifications, user stories, and process flows .
• Support SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting , with working knowledge of CO.
• Analyze and document As-Is/To-Be financial processes and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Work with SAP and Data Warehouse teams on ETL requirements, source-to-target mappings, data transformation, reconciliation, and reporting .
• Coordinate integration across SAP FI, CO, MM, SD and third-party applications.
• Analyze and resolve data, interface, reconciliation, and integration issues.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as an SAP FICO / SAP Finance Business Analyst or FI Functional Analyst .
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and understanding of FI-CO integration.
• Good understanding of MM/SD integration and Finance business processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, As-Is/To-Be analysis, and stakeholder management .
• Experience with Data Warehouse, ETL, source-to-target mapping, SQL/data validation, and reporting .
• Experience with SIT, UAT, functional testing, production support, and defect resolution .
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, BI/Data Warehouse, banking interfaces, Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps .
• SAP FICO certification is a plus.
