Job summary

GE HealthCare söker en erfaren SAP FICO-konsult för att leda och stödja SAP FICO-implementationer samt underhåll i vår komplexa miljö. Rollen kräver djup kunskap i FICO, COPA och produktkostnadsmodulerna samt erfarenhet av S/4HANA-implementation.

Du kommer arbeta nära finans och IT för att optimera processer och leverera lösningar som uppfyller regulatoriska krav och affärsbehov. Vi söker en självständig lagspelare med stark kommunikation och problemlösningsförmåga.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and/or roll-out projects.
• Preferably in product costing module in one full life cycle implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP FICO modules.
• Having experience in S/4 HANA product costing, ML and COPA will be preferred.
• Experience in Product costing integration with other modules.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Support ongoing business operations, resolving critical incidents and realizing continuous improvement opportunities.
• Work with business and cross-functional teams to gather business user requirements, drive functional design and deliver high-quality digital solutions within the SAP FICO.
• Work with the technical consultants to develop RICEF components as per business needs.
• Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP changes, including requirements specifications, functional design documents, configuration changes, and test plans.
• Ensure all documentation meets the stringent standards required for pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Work self-directed and independently when needed.
• Keep abreast of SAP updates, developments, and best practices in FICO modules.

Job Description Summary We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated mid-Level SAP FICO Consultant who can take charge of initiatives and seamlessly step into multiple roles when necessary. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and adept at quickly mastering new tasks with minimal supervision. This individual should excel in working independently while also being an effective team collaborator, using their strong foundation to adeptly handle a challenging environment with numerous complexities, and contribute a positive and energetic presence to our team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our finance and IT departments to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and improvement of our SAP FICO system.

Key responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• CA/ ICWA/ MBA(Finance)
• Experience: Above 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation and/or roll-out projects.
• Preferably in product costing module in one full life cycle implementation.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of SAP FICO configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in SAP modules such as COPA, Product Costing, Activity Based Accounting, Marginal Analysis, Material Ledger etc.
• SAP FI knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in the area of financial modules.
• Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like PP, QM, FI, MM & SD.
• Basic understanding of various integration methods between SAP and external systems.
• Experience with S/4HANA but would be a plus.
