The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling processes and be willing to work on implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects while collaborating with functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Assist in SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects. Understand and support financial accounting and controlling business processes. Assist in configuring organizational structures, master data, and financial settings within SAP FICO. Work on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Centers, and basic Controlling processes. Participate in business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with the technical team. Support period-end and year-end financial activities within SAP. Resolve functional issues and provide support to business users. Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Collaborate with cross-functional SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, PS, and PM. Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities and industry best practices.
