Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Chennai seeks an experienced SAP FICO ABAP professional to analyze complex business processes, document requirements, and prepare functional specifications for reports and enhancements.

You will coordinate with ABAP teams and other functional groups to deliver solutions within timelines. The role requires deep SAP FICO knowledge across AR, AP, GL, Asset and Bank Accounting, plus experience with integration to other modules and SAP tools such as BDC/LSMW/BAPI.

Qualifications

• Detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and documentation.
• Functional specifications involving reports and program enhancements.
• Coordination with ABAP development and other functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO configuration across AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.
• Understanding of E-collections and E-payments with host-to-host transfers.
• Familiarity with SAP tools: BDC, LSMW, BAPI.
• Ability to facilitate data upload and mass SAP object changes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document of business user's requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications involving Reports, Program Enhancements, interfaces, etc.
• Co-ordinate with ABAP development team, other functional team.
• Build professional relationships with Business IT and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions in proposed time duration.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO Configuration & business process for all the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, etc
• The in-depth knowledge of integration parts of FICO module with other modules
• Possess understanding of E-collections and E-payments mechanism involving, Host-to-host transfer of files
• Understanding of SAP tools like BDC, LSMW, BAPI
• Mechanism to facilitate data upload and creation/change of Mass SAP Objects
• Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
