Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience with multiple end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven track record as Lead Architect for Embedded and Decentralized S/4HANA EWM environments.
• Strong governance and leadership experience, capable of guiding executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise SAP EWM solution architecture for embedded and decentralized deployments across global rollouts.
• Drive integration strategies linking SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM and third-party warehouse systems.

We are seeking a visionary and seasoned SAP EWM Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and global rollout of complex SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions within modern S/4HANA landscapes. In this leadership role, you will govern architectural decisions, align business objectives with scalable technical frameworks, and steer large-scale transformation programs while guiding high-performing functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Governance: Lead enterprise-level SAP EWM solution architecture, setting strategic direction for both Embedded and Decentralized EWM deployments across global rollouts.
• Cross-Module Integration: Drive comprehensive integration strategies, connecting SAP EWM seamlessly with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, and third-party warehouse automation systems.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with executive business stakeholders, process owners, and client leadership to translate strategic needs into robust architectural blueprints.
• Team Guidance: Mentor and lead functional EWM teams, overseeing design reviews, configuration standards, quality assurance, and go-live readiness.
• Transformation Delivery: Steer large-scale digital supply chain transformation programs, resolving critical architectural bottlenecks and ensuring optimal performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience Range: 15+ years of total SAP experience, featuring multiple successful end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and large-scale transformation programs.
• Architectural Expertise: Proven track record as a Lead Architect with deep mastery of both Embedded and Decentralized S/4HANA EWM environments.
• Functional & Process Mastery: Extensive expertise across core warehouse domains, including Inbound, Outbound, Radio Frequency (RF), Slotting, and Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Integration Capabilities: Advanced understanding of integration protocols such as IDocs, APIs, and warehouse automation systems.
• Leadership Competency: Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and team leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills & Preferences

• Industry background in Automotive or Manufacturing.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
• Experience managing global template rollouts across multi-geography sites.
• Valid SAP EWM Certification.
