Job summary

Hucon Solutions in India invites an experienced Platform/DevOps Engineer with S/4 EWM expertise to join our team. You will enhance platform capabilities, optimize CI/CD, and ensure reliable deployments across cloud and container environments.

You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and stay ahead of DevOps trends, implementing IaC, monitoring, and performance tuning to deliver scalable, high-quality warehouse management solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of S/4 EWM and related warehouse processes.
• Proven DevOps experience with CI/CD, automation, and IaC.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Excellent problem solving and ability to work under pressure.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform/DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in S/4 Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) functionalities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our platform capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes, and optimizing our DevOps practices. This position requires a deep understanding of EWM processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver high quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable platform solutions that support S/4 EWM functionalities. Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to EWM functionalities. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure compliance with best practices in DevOps and platform engineering. Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to enhance efficiency. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and warehouse management systems.

Mandatory Skills

Strong functional knowledge of S/4 Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Proven experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Familiarity with SAP integration and data migration processes. Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps. Experience in working with microservices architecture.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 15 years of relevant experience in platform engineering and DevOps. Certifications in AWS, Azure, or DevOps methodologies are a plus.
