Job summary

Magnet HR Tech Digital in Pune seeks an SAP EWM expert with 5+ years to configure and support SAP EWM processes and integrations.

You will collaborate with onsite/offshore teams, handle 24x7 support, and contribute to continuous process improvements across global operations.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP EWM functional expertise (5+ years).
• Hands-on experience in Inbound Operations, Dock Appointment Scheduling, Outbound Operations, Staging & Dispatch.
• Experience in Cross-Docking, Material Movements & Replenishment, Internal Warehouse Movements.
• EWM Integration with ERP/S/4HANA and WAMAS; experience with SAP ERP/S/4HANA integration.
• Experience with WAMAS or other third-party WMS/logistics integrations.
• Configuration, testing, incident management and enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production issues and deliver enhancements.
• Support EWM integrations with SAP and external warehouse/logistics applications.
• Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Support testing, deployments, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with onsite, offshore, and client teams.
• Provide 24x7 global support with rotational shifts and on-call coverage.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.
