Job summary

Magnet HR Tech Digital is seeking an SAP EWM specialist to configure and support SAP EWM processes, including 24x7 global support. You will work on inbound/outbound operations, dock scheduling, cross-docking, and material movements. The role requires 5+ years of EWM experience and hands-on ERP/S4HANA integration with WAMAS.

You will collaborate with onsite/offshore teams, gather requirements, and deliver improvements in a dynamic, shift-based environment to support global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP EWM functional experience.
• Hands-on experience in inbound, outbound, cross-docking, movements.
• Experience with EWM integration with ERP/S4HANA and WAMAS.
• Experience in configuration, testing, incident management, and enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem solving.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night/weekends/on-call

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP EWM business processes.
• Resolve production issues and deliver enhancements.
• Support EWM integrations with SAP and external warehouse/logistics applications.
• Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Support testing, deployments, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with onsite, offshore, and client teams.
• Provide application support in a 24x7 global support model, including rotational shifts and on-call support
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines

• Internal Warehouse Movements
• EWM Integration with ERP/S/4HANA and WAMAS
• Experience with SAP EWM integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
• Experience supporting integrations with WAMAS or other third-party WMS/logistics applications.
