Job summary

Magnet HR Tech Digital is seeking an SAP EWM expert to join our global logistics team in India. You will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP EWM processes, inbound/outbound operations, and cross-docking strategies to optimize warehouse performance.

You will collaborate with ERP/S/4HANA and WAMAS integrations, coordinate with business users, and support testing, deployments, and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP EWM functional expertise.
• Hands-on experience in inbound/outbound operations and cross-docking.
• Experience integrating EWM with ERP/S/4HANA and WAMAS.
• Experience in configuration, testing, incident management, and enhancements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP EWM business processes.
• Resolve production issues and deliver enhancements.
• Support EWM integrations with SAP and external warehouse/logistics applications.
• Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Support testing, deployments, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with onsite, offshore, and client teams.
• Provide application support in a 24x7 global support model, including night shifts, and planned on-call support.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve business-critical incidents within defined SLA timelines during assigned shifts.

• Material Movements & Replenishment
• Internal Warehouse Movements
• EWM Integration with ERP/S/4HANA and WAMAS
• Experience with SAP EWM integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
• Experience supporting integrations with WAMAS or other third-party WMS/logistics applications.
• Experience in configuration, testing, incident management, and enhancements
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and on-call support as required to support global operations
