We are seeking an accomplished SAP Basis Delivery Manager (Escalation manager) with minimum 15 years of experience to lead large-scale SAP delivery operations and drive strategic transformation initiatives across enterprise customers. The role requires deep domain expertise in SAP Basis, SAP HANA, Cloud ERP, and RISE with SAP, along with exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

The individual will be responsible for end-to-end delivery governance, customer relationship management, operational excellence, and driving SAP cloud transformation programs while ensuring high customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end SAP delivery across implementation, migration, upgrade, AMS, and transformation programs.
• Own delivery governance, service quality, SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance across multiple accounts.
• Drive large-scale S/4HANA and Cloud ERP transformation initiatives.

SAP Technology & Platform Oversight

• Provide domain leadership across:
  • SAP Basis Administration
  • SAP HANA platform architecture and operations
  • SAP Cloud ERP / S/4HANA Cloud
  • RISE with SAP platform
  • Exposure to SAP BTP services and integrations
• Guide cloud adoption, migration strategy, and landscape optimization.

Required Skills & Expertise

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Strong domain knowledge in SAP Basis and Landscape Management
• Deep expertise in SAP HANA architecture
• Experience delivering Cloud ERP / S/4HANA programs
• Hands-on exposure to RISE with SAP
