Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking an experienced SAP ERP Specialist in Hyderabad to lead SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments. You will handle implementation, support, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration to drive business process improvements.

The role requires hands-on SAP functional module expertise (MM, SD, PP, FICO, WM/EWM, HCM) and strong communication and analytical skills for collaboration with business users and SAP teams.

Qualifications

• SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA expertise required.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP modules and processes.
• Experience in SAP support, implementation, and integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP ERP applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP modules based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Support SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Work on integration between SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and technical documentation.
• Perform testing including unit testing, integration testing, and support for UAT.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and other SAP teams for issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day SAP operations.
• Participate in SAP release, change management, and continuous improvement activities.

Role Overview

• Experience in either SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA is acceptable.
