Job summary

Snowrelic Inc. is seeking a Lead Consultant SAP Enterprise Analytics Business Analyst to join a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme from India, with remote work options.

You will bridge the gap between business operations stakeholders and technical teams, translating manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement requirements into KPIs, CDS views, and SAC analytical solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior BA with SAP Analytics/BI experience in at least one full S/4HANA transformation programme.
• Deep knowledge of Manufacturing operations, SCM, Inventory/WM, or P2P.
• Strong communication to liaise between operations leadership, SAP consultants, and data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics lifecycle from discovery to delivery, translating business needs into KPIs, dashboards, and SAC stories.
• Partner with stakeholders across Manufacturing, SCM Planning, Inventory/WM, and P2P to define analytics from top-floor to shop-floor.
• Define SAC dashboards and analytical applications for executive, managerial, and plant-level users.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on CDS Views and semantic data models in SAP Datasphere or BW/4HANA.

We are seeking a Lead Consultant SAP Enterprise Analytics Business Analyst to join a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme with a client

You will bridge the gap between business operations stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement requirements into actionable KPIs, CDS views, and SAC analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements to Delivery: Lead the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from discovery workshops to delivery, translating operational business needs into KPIs, dashboards, and SAC stories.


• Operations & SCM Focus: Partner with senior stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory/WM, and P2P to define Top-Floor to Shop-Floor operational analytics.


• Solution Design: Define and design intuitive SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards and analytical applications for executive, managerial, and plant-level users.


• Data Modeling & Alignment: Collaborate with engineering teams to leverage S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (CDS Views, Analytical Queries) and contribute to semantic data models in SAP Datasphere or BW/4HANA.

Key Requirements

• Senior BA Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst within SAP Analytics/BI environments across at least one full S/4HANA transformation programme.


• Operations & Supply Chain Depth: Strong functional knowledge across Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory/WM, or Procurement/P2P.


• Technical Analytics Understanding: Strong functional and architectural understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (CDS Views), and Datasphere/BW/4HANA (developer background not required).


• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively between plant/operations leadership, SAP functional consultants, and data engineering teams.
