Job summary

Thoucentric invites an SAP EAM Consultant to join our Bangalore-based team to implement, configure, and support SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions for asset-intensive industries. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant asset management capabilities that integrate with MM, FI, PM and PS modules.

• At least one end-to-end SAP EAM implementation project covering full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP EAM implementations and rollouts across maintenance and asset-intensive industries.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Asset Master Data, Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Breakdowns, Refurbishment and Shutdown Management.
• Configure SAP EAM components including Technical Objects, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Notifications and Work Orders.
• Support end-to-end maintenance processes from notification to order settlement and integrate with MM, FI, PM, and PS modules.
• Prepare functional specs and coordinate with ABAP teams for enhancements.
• Support UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities; provide post-implementation improvements.

Role Summary

The SAP EAM Consultant will be responsible for implementing,configuring, and supporting SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions to enableeffective maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, and operationalreliability for enterprise clients. The role involves close collaboration withbusiness stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliverscalable and compliant asset management solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• Stronghands-on experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / PlantMaintenance (PM).
• Proventrack record of delivering at least one end-to-end SAP EAM implementationproject, covering the full project lifecycle.
• Solidunderstanding of maintenance and asset management business processes, withthe ability to align solutions to business needs.
• Skilledin engaging with business stakeholders, gathering and analyzingrequirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions, andsupporting end-user training and documentation.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of theEnglish language, both written and verbal.
