Tech Mahindra is seeking an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DMS and DPF in Pune. You will plan, execute, and complete SAP HR interface projects to Aconso and DPF, and support business requirements with a strong focus on integration and performance.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience in SAP interfaces and document management, with ABAP familiarity and agile/waterfall exposure. You will work onsite in Pune and collaborate with external vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in IT/Business Informatics.
• Experience with SAP interfaces and DMS/DPF projects is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English, with Agile project exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage tasks related to DMS/DPF, planning, execution and delivery.
• Interface SAP HR with Aconso and DPF systems.
• Assist in DMS/DPF projects, gather requirements and support implementations.
• Configure and integrate document management systems for seamless operation.
• Support daily operations, liaise with vendors, resolve incidents and ensure system availability.

DMS

• Manage tasks related to Document Management Systems (DMS) and digital personal file (DPF) with responsibility of planning, execution, and completion within scope and, schedule
• Responsible for SAP HR Interfaces to Aconso and DPF
• Assist in projects and rollouts as an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DMS and DPF and support the business in defining requirements.
• Integration and configuration of document management systems to ensure seamless operation and user accessibility.
• Support daily operations related to our Document Management Systems (DMS) and digital personal file (DPF), ensuring seamless system functionality, and liaise with the external vendors to drive improvements.
• Resolve incident tickets and service requests, coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners.
• Ensure continuous system availability and performance.
• Participate in scrum events and maintain JIRA for agile work organization.

Skill:

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience (min. 3 years, >6 years beneficial) SAP Interface Technology skilled in RFC and OData for data integration as well as good understanding of SAP HCM and EC.
• Experience with document management systems, Aconso and OpenText is important.
• Deep understanding of document management protocols and best practices in digital filing systems.
• Familiar with SAP HR systems and processes for HR solutions.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP programming for development support is very helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment.
• Experience with agile and waterfall approaches, including tools and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.
