Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced DMS/DPF SME to manage SAP HR interfaces to Aconso and DPF from Pune. The role involves planning, execution, and ensuring seamless operation with external vendors for improvements.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in SAP interface technology, DMS/DPF, and strong English communication. Agile work experience with JIRA is preferred and the joiner can start NP to 1 month.

Responsabilidades

• Manage tasks related to DMS and DPF, including planning, execution, and completion
• Interface SAP HR systems to Aconso and DPF
• Assist in projects/rollouts as SME for DMS/DPF and aid in requirements definition
• Integrate and configure DMS to ensure seamless operation and user access
• Support daily DMS/DPF operations and liaise with external vendors for improvements
• Resolve incidents and service requests; coordinate handover with partners
• Ensure system availability and performance; participate in Scrum events and maintain JIRA

DMS

• Manage tasks related to Document Management Systems (DMS) and digital personal file (DPF) with responsibility of planning, execution, and completion within scope and, schedule
• Responsible for SAP HR Interfaces to Aconso and DPF
• Assist in projects and rollouts as an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DMS and DPF and support the business in defining requirements.
• Integration and configuration of document management systems to ensure seamless operation and user accessibility.
• Support daily operations related to our Document Management Systems (DMS) and digital personal file (DPF), ensuring seamless system functionality, and liaise with the external vendors to drive improvements.
• Resolve incident tickets and service requests, coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners.
• Ensure continuous system availability and performance.
• Participate in scrum events and maintain JIRA for agile work organization

Skill:

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience (min. 3 years, >6 years beneficial) SAP Interface Technology skilled in RFC and OData for data integration as well as good understanding of SAP HCM and EC.
• Experience with document management systems, Aconso and OpenText is important.
• Deep understanding of document management protocols and best practices in digital filing systems.
• Familiar with SAP HR systems and processes for HR solutions.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP programming for development support is very helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment.
• Experience with agile and waterfall approaches, including tools and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.
