ADCI HYD 13 SEZ is seeking an experienced SAP Digital Manufacturing Architect to design, implement, and support SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions, ensuring integrated shop floor execution and best practices across production processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP MES/MII experience, lead major implementations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless SAP integration with S/4HANA and other systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP manufacturing, MES, or SAP Digital Manufacturing implementation and support.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing concepts, including production execution, PODs, work instructions, data collection, nonconformance, resource/work center setup, and manufacturing process integration.
• Experience with integration of SAP Digital Manufacturing with SAP S/4HANA / ECC, SAP BTP, and other shop floor or enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in manufacturing master data and transactional processes, including materials, BOMs, routings/recipes, production/process orders, and confirmations.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support manufacturing execution processes in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
• Configure and maintain SAP Digital Manufacturing components such as Production Operator Dashboards (PODs), work centers/resources, routings, work instructions, and data collection.
• Conduct solution assessments and implement process improvements and mitigation strategies for manufacturing execution challenges.
• Ensure compliance with internal manufacturing standards, process controls, and operational requirements.
• Lead SAP Digital Manufacturing projects, including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain solution design documents, process documentation, procedures, and support materials.
• Monitor SAP Digital Manufacturing processes and integrations for failures or process issues and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct regular system and process reviews and provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
• Work closely with other IT, business, operations, plant, and integration teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Digital Manufacturing with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Provide training and support to end users on SAP Digital Manufacturing-related processes and issues.

The ideal candidate should have experience in shop floor integration, production order execution, work center operations, traceability, quality checks, labor and machine data capture, and integration with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with integration of SAP Digital Manufacturing with SAP S/4HANA / ECC, SAP BTP, and other shop floor or enterprise systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant SAP certifications in manufacturing, SAP Digital Manufacturing, or related SAP areas are preferred.
• Knowledge of industry-standard manufacturing processes and digital manufacturing best practices.
• Experience with SAP BTP, integration platforms, and manufacturing analytics.
• Experience with POD customization/extensibility, OEE, downtime tracking, and plant/shop floor system integration.
