Job summary

ITC Infotech in India seeks a seasoned SAP Demand Manager to bridge business stakeholders and SAP Solution Delivery/Operations teams, owning the end-to-end demand lifecycle from idea qualification through delivery and value realization.

You will govern the SAP demand pipeline, prioritize demands based on business value, urgency, risk, and strategic alignment, and partner with Solution Delivery, Operations, and Enterprise Architecture to evaluate options and risks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementation and delivery.
• Proven ability to govern end-to-end demand lifecycles.
• Strong analysis, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Job description

• 1012+ years of experience in SAP, solution delivery, business transformation, and demand management.
• Act as the bridge between Business stakeholders and SAP Solution Delivery/Operations teams, owning the end-to-end demand lifecycle.
• Manage and govern the SAP demand pipeline, from idea qualification through delivery, adoption, and value realization.
• Engage business stakeholders to understand business challenges, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
• Assess, shape, and prioritize demands based on business value, urgency, risk, effort, and strategic alignment.
• Partner with Solution Delivery, Operations, and Enterprise Architecture teams to evaluate solution options, feasibility, capacity, and risks.
• Drive demand prioritization, portfolio governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery commitments.
• Track post-go-live adoption, benefits realization, and business value delivered.
• Promote SAP standardization, Clean Core, process simplification, and innovation across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and related platforms.
• Strong experience in SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementation and solution delivery, business transformation, and demand management.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes across functions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and prioritization skills.
