Birlasoft is looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with 12+ years of technical development expertise in SAP environments. You will deliver high-quality ABAP solutions, support SAP implementations, and enhance system functionality.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs, working with ALV, BADI, BAPI, and forms, while collaborating with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specs. This role emphasizes performance optimization and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong core ABAP and OOABAP proficiency.
• Experience with S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA (CDS/AMDP).
• Knowledge of IDocs, Web Services, and APIs.
• Familiar with SD, MM, FICO, or PP modules.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements to technical specs.

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
