Qualifications

• 5-8 years of enterprise integration experience in IT Services.
• Deep expertise in SAP CPI/PI and designing/deploying iFlows.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PI/PO for legacy and hybrid integration.
• Hands-on Groovy scripting for data transformation and mappings.
• Experience performing RCA, production support, and SLAs.
• Ability to document architectures and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SAP CPI/PI iFlows and Groovy scripts for data exchange.
• Perform RCA to diagnose & resolve production issues with minimal downtime.

SAP CPI/PO Integration Consultant

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Consultant to lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust enterprise integration solutions within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role focuses on leveraging SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP Process Integration/Orchestration technologies to ensure seamless data flow across complex business ecosystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable iFlows, implementing advanced scripting logic, and providing critical technical support to maintain system stability and performance in alignment with strict service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex message mappings and custom Groovy scripts within the SAP CPI and PI/PO environments to facilitate diverse data exchange scenarios.
  
• Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high system availability.
  
• Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by monitoring system performance, prioritizing incidents, and delivering timely resolutions for production support requests.
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and operational guides.
  
• Lead team coordination efforts, fostering a collaborative environment through effective knowledge sharing sessions and mentoring junior team members on integration best practices.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 5-8 years of professional experience in enterprise application integration, specifically within the IT Services domain.
  
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Integration Suite, with deep expertise in designing and deploying iFlows.
  
• Show strong command over SAP Process Integration (PI) and SAP Process Orchestration (PO) modules for legacy and hybrid integration landscapes.
  
• Exhibit hands-on experience in writing Groovy scripts for custom message transformations and implementing complex mapping logic.
  
• Display a proven track record in performing Root Cause Analysis, managing production support lifecycles, and adhering to strict SLA commitments.
