Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a SAP CPI/PIPO Manager to lead data migration and analytics initiatives across client projects. You will work with SAP Data Services, LTMC, and LSMW to design effective migration strategies as part of a broader advisory and technology consulting team.

As a SAP - CPI/PIPO - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data‑driven decision‑making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities

• Leading data migration projects using SAP Data Services and SAP LSMW to facilitate seamless transitions to S/4 HANA
• Designing and implementing data management and analytics solutions tailored to client needs
• Collaborating with SAP functional and technical consultants to analyze data migration requirements and legacy data structures
• Developing data migration frameworks and transformation routines to optimize data quality and integration
• Conducting data source analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and conformity with target systems
• Managing data cleansing activities and validation exercises using tools like Information Steward and SQL
• Providing advisory services to clients on data management strategies and techniques
• Creating technical specification documents to guide the development of data services jobs
• Overseeing preload and post-load validation of migration results and addressing data dropouts
• Supporting migration dress rehearsals, cutover tasks, and post go‑live activities to confirm successful project execution

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Snaplogic for data migration to S/4 HANA
• Utilizing SAP BODS and LTMC for efficient data migration processes
• Implementing data cleansing strategies using Information Steward and SQL tools
• Designing data migration solutions with SAP Data Services and LSMW
• Excelling in complex data analysis and data‑driven consulting
