Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a SAP-BODS-Senior Associate to deliver data migration and analytics solutions. You will work with SAP functional/technical consultants to analyze requirements and design migration strategies using SAP Data Services, Information Steward, and LTMC. You will also guide clients on data management improvements.

You will lead data modeling, validation, and post-migration support while building strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Proficiency in English (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client data migration requirements and legacy data structures to design migration solutions.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants to address data migration challenges.
• Design and implement data migration frameworks using SAP Data Services and Information Steward.
• Manage data migration projects including building, testing, and executing migrations with SAP SDS LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Perform preload and post-load validation of migration results and advise on data cleansing strategies.
• Conduct migration dress rehearsals, cutover tasks, and provide post go-live support.
• Develop data models and perform complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
• Create technical specification documents for data services jobs.
• Support data cleansing and validation using Information Steward, Excel, and SQL.
• Advise clients on data management strategies to enhance data quality.

As a SAP-BODS-Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your experience in data migration and SAP BODS, working with SAP functional and technical consultants to analyze data migration requirements and design appropriate solutions. You will also provide advisory services to understand and address data management issues.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Snaplogic for data migration
