Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an SAP - BODS - Manager to lead data migration projects and analytics solutions in SAP environments. You will design and implement data migration routines, collaborate with SAP consultants, and ensure data quality and successful go-lives across client engagements.

You will manage teams, mentor staff, and advise clients on data management strategies, using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI for reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in data migration / SAP.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration projects using SAP BODS and SAP Data Services.
• Design and implement data migration routines, including validation processes.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants to analyze requirements.
• Manage data migrations with SAP SDS LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit, including LTMOM customization.
• Conduct preload and post-load validation and advise on data cleansing requirements.
• Provide post go-live support and migration dress rehearsals.
• Advise clients on data management strategies and data quality challenges.
• Develop technical specifications for data services jobs.
• Mentor junior staff in data migration practices.
• Promote SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI for reporting and visualization.

As a SAP - BODS - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities

• Leading data migration projects using SAP BODS and SAP Data Services to support client objectives
• Designing and implementing data migration solutions, including transformation routines and data validation processes
• Collaborating with SAP functional and technical consultants to analyze data migration requirements and legacy data structures
• Managing data migrations with tools such as SAP SDS LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit, including customization of LTMOM
• Conducting preload and post-load validation of migration results and advising on data cleansing requirements
• Performing migration dress rehearsals, cutover tasks, and providing post go-live support
• Advising clients on data management strategies and techniques to address data quality and integration challenges
• Developing technical specification documents to guide the creation of data services jobs
• Supporting data cleansing activities using Information Steward, Excel, and SQL tools
• Utilizing Snaplogic for data migration from source systems to S/4 HANA
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff in data migration and management practices
• Promoting the use of SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI for enhanced data visualization and reporting

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating extensive experience in SAP Data Services and LSMW
• Utilizing Snaplogic for seamless data migration to S/4 HANA
• Designing and implementing data migration frameworks effectively
