Job summary

Nexgen Insights Bangalore seeks an experienced SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite Consultant with strong hands-on B2B / EDI integration experience. This dual-skill role requires practical implementation in both CPI / Integration Suite and B2B / EDI integrations.

Location: India Hybrid. Employment Type: Contract or Permanent. Notice period: Immediate to 15 days preferred. Experience: 5-10 years overall; 3+ years SAP CPI; 2+ years B2B/EDI.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of overall experience in SAP CPI and B2B/EDI implementations.
• Hands-on experience with CPI iFlow development and TPM configuration.
• Proven ability to onboard trading partners and manage EDI mappings and testing.

SAP CPI B2B EDI Integration Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite Consultant with strong hands-on B2B / EDI integration experience.

This is a mandatory dual-skill role. Candidates must have practical implementation experience in both SAP CPI / Integration Suite and B2B / EDI integrations. Profiles with only CPI experience or only theoretical B2B exposure will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain integration flows (iFlows) on SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.


• Develop SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-third-party integrations.


• Handle end-to-end B2B / EDI trading partner onboarding from setup and testing through production go-live and hypercare.


• Configure and manage Trading Partner Management (TPM), partner profiles, agreements and SAP Partner Directory.


• Create and manage SAP Integration Advisor MIG and MAG artifacts.


• Build and maintain EDIFACT and ANSI X12 mappings, including transactions such as 850, 810, 856, 860 and 997.


• Configure and support AS2 / AS4 communication channels for secure B2B message exchange.


• Perform IDOC-to-EDI and EDI-to-IDOC transformations.


• Configure PGP encryption/decryption, certificates and secure SFTP-based B2B exchanges.


• Integrate SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC using IDOC, OData, RFC and BAPI.


• Develop message mappings using Groovy scripting, XSLT and CPI mapping functions.


• Implement robust error handling, retries, acknowledgements, monitoring and alerting.


• Troubleshoot integration failures using CPI Message Monitor, trace and related monitoring tools.


• Work with business, architecture and SAP functional teams to understand integration requirements.


• Prepare technical specifications, mapping documents, test cases and operational documentation.
