ZettaMine Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP CO Manager to lead Controlling, CO architecture and SAP S/4HANA migrations across multiple entities.

You will drive cost center and internal order processes, product costing and COPA configurations while ensuring tight integration with FI, MM, SD and PS modules. The role requires 10+ years in SAP CO, strong project delivery leadership, and ability to manage stakeholder expectations across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of core SAP experience focusing on Controlling (CO).
• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA Finance and CO transformation.
• Proven skills in Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
• Experience with COPA (Account-Based and/or Costing-Based).
• Knowledge of PS Costing, Results Analysis and overhead controlling.

Responsabilités

• Lead SAP CO engagements, design and digital transformation across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Own end-to-end CO solution architecture aligned with financial reporting needs.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting and process harmonization.
• Implement scalable CO solutions across legal entities and geographies.
• Drive standardization and optimization of controlling processes.
• Configure and implement Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger and Actual Costing.
• Manage COPA configurations and integrations with FI/MM/PS/PP.
• Oversee PS Costing, Results Analysis, and budget planning activities.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and budgeting processes.
• Lead S/4HANA transformation and migration initiatives; ensure SAP Group Reporting integration.

Relevant Experience: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Controlling (CO), SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance, end-to-end implementations, solution architecture, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, COPA, Project Systems Costing, Results Analysis, Overhead Cost Controlling, allocation cycles, parallel accounting, budgeting, planning, financial closing, S/4HANA transformation, stakeholder management, delivery leadership and team management.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years of core SAP experience with primary specialization in SAP Controlling (CO).
• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformation programs.
• Strong hands-on experience in Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Internal Orders.
• Strong experience in Product Costing, including Standard Costing and Actual Costing.
• Strong experience in Material Ledger and Actual Costing.
• Strong expertise in both Account-Based COPA and Costing-Based COPA.
• Strong experience in Project Systems (PS) Costing and Results Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Overhead Cost Controlling and Allocation Cycles.
• Experience in Parallel Accounting, budgeting and planning.
• Strong understanding of Month-End and Year-End Closing Processes.
