Job summary

Mount Talent Consulting Pvt Ltd. seeks an senior SAP FICO leader to drive end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and digital transformations. You will coordinate with FI, MM, SD, PP and other modules, oversee architecture, testing, and release processes, and lead global teams. Excellent client communication and strategic delivery are essential for this role. Bengaluru-based on-site role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP FICO with deep expertise in Controlling and CO-PA.
• End-to-end S/4HANA implementation and rollout experience.
• Strong cross-functional integration across FI, MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM, PM, PS, TM, Tax, Group Reporting.

Job description

12–20+ years of SAP FICO experience with deep expertise in SAP Controlling.

Multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.

Strong expertise in-

• Product Costing
• Material Ledger & Actual Costing
• Cost Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Profit Center Accounting
• Margin Analysis (Account-Based CO-PA)
• Universal Parallel Accounting (UPA)
• Manufacturing Finance

Extensive experience with cross-functional integration across FI, MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM, PM, PS, TM, Tax, Treasury, and Group Reporting.

Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery, testing, and release management.

Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications-

• SAP S/4HANA Finance/Management Accounting certification.
• Experience in solution architecture, delivery management, and presales.
• Proven experience leading global teams and large-scale digital transformation programs.
