Job description

Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA Controlling.

• Good understanding of management accounting, cost controlling, budgeting, planning, and profitability analysis processes.
• Experience in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA/Margin Analysis.
• Knowledge of actual costing, material ledger, and product cost planning is preferred.
• Strong understanding of integration points between CO and FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
• Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, cutover, and hypercare support.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications, embedded analytics, and standard SAP S/4HANA finance reports.
• Ability to create functional specifications, test scenarios, configuration documents, and user training materials.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good customer-facing, communication, stakeholder-management, and delivery capabilities.
• Ability to manage assigned deliverables independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Management Accounting.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, including Public or Private Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) and SAP Best Practices.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud planning, embedded analytics, or SAP Group Reporting.
• Exposure to manufacturing, retail, automotive, consumer products, or project-based industries.
• Knowledge of financial closing, statutory reporting, IFRS, and management reporting requirements.
• Experience working in Agile or SAP Activate delivery environments.
