Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Controlling professional focused on Advanced Costing Skills to optimize cost control across manufacturing and services. The role emphasizes deep CO expertise, including CCA, PCA, costing, and material ledger processes.

The candidate will collaborate with finance and operations to design cost elements, perform variance analyses, and support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing.
• In-depth knowledge of Cost Element Accounting, with hands-on experience in designing primary and secondary cost elements for accurate cost tracking.
• Proficient in Product Cost Planning (CO-PC), including standard costing, preliminary cost estimates, released standard cost estimates, and cost component splits.
• Extensive experience in Actual Costing / Material Ledger, including single-level and multi-level price determination, actual price calculation, and periodic revaluation of inventory.
• Strong understanding of Mixed Costing, enabling cost estimation across multiple plants, procurement alternatives, and production versions.
• Expertise in Variance Analysis, including material, labor, overhead, and production variances, with clear root-cause analysis for management reporting.
• Knowledge of Marginal Costing and Full Absorption Costing, supporting contribution margin analysis and profitability decisions.
• Hands-on experience with WIP calculation, variance settlement, and period-end closing activities in manufacturing and service scenarios.
• Advanced skills in Overhead Cost Controlling, using assessments, distributions, activity price calculations, and activity allocations.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI, MM, and PP, ensuring accurate cost flow from procurement and production through financial reporting.
• Ability to manage Inventory Valuation using standard price, moving average price, and actual costing methods.
• Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cost Planning, supporting business cost control and strategic decision-making.
